The Window

The Window
The Window acts as both entry point and introduction. The massive circular screen stretched across the ceiling, uses state-of-the-art technology to reimagine the oculus, an ancient architectural device, a window to another world. The Window acts as the transition space between the outside world and the world within the walls of Mercer Labs.
On View: The Future of Form
As part of Mercer Lab's current show on view, Maestros & The Machines, The Window portrays the iconic Nike reimagined through the intersection of robotics and human imagination. By reconstructing this ancient masterpiece, the robot challenges traditional creation and reflects the tension between humanity and machine, exploring how technology extends the boundaries of artistic expression.
