Read the Mercer Labs Ticket License Agreement outlining visitor rights, conditions of entry, liability, and safety guidelines for all museum guests.
This ticket is a revocable license (this “Ticket”) and grants the ticket holder, on behalf of the ticket holder and any minor accompanying holder (“TH”), one (1) admission to Mercer Labs: Museum of Art and Technology (“MOAT”).
By accepting this Ticket, TH certifies that they accept and agree to abide by the terms of this Ticket and the Rules and Regulations of MOAT (posted in full at www.mercerlabs.com) (the “Rules”), which may be modified, amended, or supplemented at any time by MOAT.
a. This Ticket may be revoked at any time in MOAT’s sole discretion without refund or other consideration.
b. All sales are final and non-refundable. TH is solely responsible for safeguarding the Ticket. Lost, stolen, forgotten, unreadable, or destroyed Tickets will not be replaced. The use of counterfeit or invalid tickets is prohibited.
c. The duplication, reprinting, advertising, promotion (e.g., contests, sweepstakes, commercial endeavors), or resale of this Ticket without express written permission of MOAT is prohibited and grounds for seizure or cancellation.
d. MOAT may bar or eject, without refund, any TH who:
a. TH expressly assumes all risk of property loss, personal injury, and/or sickness arising from their presence at MOAT and releases MOAT and the Parties (as defined below) from liability.
b. Adult supervision (18+) of minors under 18 is required at all times.
c. MOAT hours of operation are subject to change. MOAT reserves the right to delay, postpone, or cancel opening at its discretion.
d. TH agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless 21 Dey Management LLC, GCN Experience LLC, and their affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, employees, contractors, successors, and representatives (collectively the “Parties”) from all claims, liabilities, and causes of action (including costs and attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to TH’s or any minor’s possession or use of a Ticket or presence at MOAT.
e. The Indemnitees shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from the above causes, nor for lost, stolen, or damaged property.

Visitors with epilepsy, sensory processing disorders, claustrophobia, vertigo, or mobility/physical limitations should proceed with caution. It is recommended to wear pants, shorts, or tights to avoid excessive exposure on reflective surfaces.
Children and youth visitors must remain under adult supervision at all times. Please alert staff immediately if assistance is needed.
Museum staff may photograph or record video during your visit. By entering, you consent to the use of your image in museum materials, including for promotional and commercial purposes.
